The following resources are available in two formats. Please choose the format that best serves your needs.

The first format is eFax® EFX format. These files may be accessed on your computer once you have installed the eFax® viewer by clicking on the icon below. When the dialogue box asks whether you want to [save] the file or [open] it, choose [open]. When the registration form appears, fill in your name, leave the other fields blank, and click OK. This format works only on Windows based PC's.

The second format is Adobe® PDF format. With the free Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™, you can view, print and/or save Adobe PDF files across a broad range of hardware and software. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, click on the icon below to download the software. This format works on either Windows or Macintosh based PC's.

Click the appropriate button below to access the desired document for viewing, printing and/or saving. In some browsers, it will be necessary to right-click the appropriate button and choose "Save [Link] Target" to your Hard Drive. Once saved, the file can be opened for viewing and/or printing with the appropriate viewer.
